New Baby SOS!


Having a new baby is an amazing yet challenging time and we are often under prepared for the reality that a newborn baby brings. This course aims to inform, support and guide you through the first three months after your baby has been born to help you ditch the stress and worry and feel empowered in your new role as a parent.

This course is perfect for parents to be and new parents with babies under 12 weeks old and will go through all of the things we are not taught before baby arrives including the 3 huge developmental leaps in the first 12 weeks after birth and how to support baby during this tricky time, what newborn sleep really looks like and top tips for surviving this period know as 'The Fourth Trimester'.

As well as lots of essential information that all new parents should know there are also videos teaching you a suitable baby massage routine and baby reflexology routine to support your newborns physical and metal health and wellbeing.

Once purchased you have 6 months to access the course at your leisure.
